Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Speed Power Play, operated by SPPx Pty Ltd (“SPPx”, “we”). By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you use SPP on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The service

Speed Power Play is a principles-led performance platform for coaches: a methodology library, program and athlete management, and AI-assisted program drafting (“Sensei”). Features vary by subscription tier and may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your credentials secure and your details accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to break security or access data you're not entitled to; no uploading of content you don't have the rights or consents to upload — including any data about other people, such as the athletes you coach. If we become aware of child abuse material or abhorrent violent material, we will remove it, close the account that uploaded it and report it to the Australian Federal Police.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Your plan sets out the included features and usage allowances. Review the price, currency, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms, refunds, and usage allowances before subscribing. Organisation access is covered by a separate agreement.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (your exercises, modules, programs, notes, and media). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents to upload it.

6. Our content & intellectual property

SPP's methodology, Core Principles, software, and brand are owned by SPPx or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them within the service. Don't copy, resell, or reverse engineer them.

Subscription-included content, including the named SPP Pro module catalogue, is licensed while the subscription remains active. Any module purchased separately remains licensed to the purchaser after subscription cancellation, subject to the purchase terms.

7. Sensei & AI output

Sensei produces drafts for a qualified coach to review and approve. AI output may be incomplete or wrong; it is not professional, medical, or coaching advice on its own, and a human is responsible for any program delivered to an athlete.

8. Health & safety disclaimer

Speed Power Play supports coaching decisions; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Training carries inherent risk. Coaches and athletes are responsible for training safely and seeking professional advice where appropriate.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform. Access to content and data after termination is governed by the applicable purchase terms and our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
